How do I get started?

Just choose a plan from the options above. Once you sign up, you will create an account in our system and have access to a web application that allows you to manage your application's content (menu items, events, coupons) and view stats of your iPhone application's usage.

Do you offer any help during the sign-up and setup process?

Absolutely. Although you can configure your application through our web application, we will be happy to assist you by email or phone if you would like. We will let you know if everything is ok and if not, what needs to be changed.

What functionalities can my iPhone application offer?

The sky is the limit! With our pre-defined plans above, your customers will be able to see your menu items and specials, become aware of upcoming events, send feedback, receive coupons, view a map of your business location and more. If you would like to implement other functionalities in your application, such as mobile ordering or Twitter feeds, let us know and we will work with you to make it happen.

How long until my app is ready?

Typically, the development cycle is 2 weeks long. Once your app is done, we will submit your application to the App Store. Apple will review your application and once it is approved, it will be available at the App Store within 4 weeks or so.

Do I get to see my application working before you submit it to the App Store?

Yes, we will produce a video screencast and send you a link so you can see your app in action. If you are happy with it, we will submit your application to the App Store.

Do you submit my application to the App Store?

Yes. We will interface with Apple regarding your iPhone application and submit it to the App Store.

What if my application is not accepted at the App Store?

It is unlikely that your iPhone application will be rejected by Apple, but if that's the case, we will work with Apple to try to understand what needs to be changed and resubmit your application. We will give your money back if your application is ultimately not accepted.

 

What kind of customer support do your offer your clients?

We offer customer support during regular business hours by phone and email.

Can you help me maintain the contents of my mobile application?

Yes. One of the services we offer with all plans is called "Managed Content Updates". We will contact you on a regular basis, depending on the plan you choose, and make sure that your lists of events, menu items, drinks and coupons are always up to date.

Can I modify the contents of my mobile application myself?

Certainly, just login to the MogluRBN Application Manager with your account and your will be able to make modifications to your menu and drink items, list of events, coupons and more. Keep in mind that any changes take effect immediately, and will be shown to users of your iPhone application next time they launch your app.

What is the consultation offered by the Premium plan?

The goal of a mobile application is to help you better engage with your customers, and hopefully, generate new opportunities that drive sales and revenue for your business. When you sign up with our Premium plan, we review the effectiveness of your mobile application and strategy on a monthly basis and identify ways to improve it so that you reach your goals.

How does payment work?

Our service is charged as a subscription, on a monthly basis, and you sign up with your credit card.

What if I decide to discontinue the service?

You may cancel the service at anytime. At that point, however, we will remove your application from the App Store.

What if I would like my application to include a different set of features or additional features?

Not a problem. We can design an application for you based on your exact requirements. Just let us know.
